Europe Region Conference 2023

We are pleased to inform you that more details about the 11th Europe Region Conference has been released. It will be hosted by Sct. George Gilderne I Danmark (NSGF Denmark).

Date: 30 July – 3 August 2023
Venue: Ranum Efterkole College, Ranum, Denmark
Accommodation address: Ranum Efterkole College, Seminarievej 3, Ranum, 9681 Denmark
Theme: Togetherness – Inspiration – Sustainability
Registration fee: It will include food, all activities, accommodation, excursions and entrance fees where applicable. From 600 € till 810 € per person. It depends from the type of accommodation. See overview below:

Type A2	2-bed room, (two rooms share toilet/bath) per. person 650 €
Type A1	2-bed room, (own toilet/bath) per. person 690 € (sorry, all booked)
Type B2	Single room, (two rooms share toilet/bath) 760 € (sorry, all booked)
Type B1	Single room, (own toilet/bath) 810 € (sorry, all booked)
	Conference fee and food = 600 € Arrange own accommodation (caravan, mobile home, tent or outside the area)

Posttours: The posttour starts in Ranum on Thursday, August 3 and ends in Copenhagen on Sunday August 6. The costs will be 633/795 €. Deadline 31 March 2023.

Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation in 2022, the full amount paid will be refunded (minus any bank charges). In case of cancellation by 30 April 2023, the amount paid minus DKK 750 / approx. 100 € will be refunded. In case of cancellation on or after 1 May 2023, no refund will be made.
