The Baden-Powell Guild UK supports continuously the Nepal Educational Support Trust (NEST). This Trust brings a sustainable and substantial improvement in the quality of life of disadvantaged communities in Nepal. They create education opportunities for marginalized children and youth particularly for girls, children with disabilities, and ethnic minorities.
Recently the local Guilds in Cusco and Lima, members of the Asociación Scouts y Guías Adultos del Peru (ASGAP) made a donation to the community.
On 21 January 2023 the Maldives Scout and Guide Fellowship (MSGF) was happy to be part of the Pre-Cub Scout & Cub Scout Rally which was organized by the Scout Association of Maldives.
Greg Davies, member of National Scout and Guide Fellowship of Australia and treasurer of AsPac Regional Committee has been awarded. He received the Order of Australia for his services to Scouting, locally and internationally. He has done so much for Rovering and Fellowship in Australia over the years, this recognition by the government is well deserved.
A delegation of members of the Tunisian NSGF recently completed a two-week trip to Malaysia from 15-29 November 2022. It was composed of 22 participants Adult Scouts (8) and Guides (14). This was on the occasion of the 16th ISGF ASPAC Regional Meeting, held in Penang from 17 to 21 November. We were able to visit Penang, Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur.
