Cost accommodation: per person US$300 in a double room with 2 single beds or US$400 in a single room
Registrations received after 30 April 2022: Price will be increased with US$30
Registration costs : before 30 April 2022 US$200 and after this date US$230
Registration package: Accommodation for 4 nights, meals, bag, cap, scarf with woggle, meeting documents, Island tours, Fun and Fellowship
Not included:
• drinks and food ordered from hotel bar/restaurant/cafeteria
• food/drinks taken from the hotel room fridge
• medical expenses
Extra costs: Tax as regulated by the Ministry of Finance and Royal Malaysian Custom Department a RM10 per night and should be paid when check-in the hotel

Cancellation policy:
Before 15 October 2022 – Transfer their booking to another person or to get a 50% refund
After 15 October 2022 – Transfer their booking to another person as there will be no refund
Post tours: After the gathering an optional hop-over to Langkawi Island for a 3 day & 2 night package tour. Costs RM700 (approx. US$165) if registration is done by 30 April otherwise it will be RM800 (approx. US$190).
*Non ISGF members may attend the business part of the Gathering as observers only but shall not be allowed to participate in official discussions or allowed to vote. They may participate in all other programs and activities.
