Approaching his 112th birthday (which he would have reached on February 13th of next year), Mr. Luis Carrasco-Muñoz y Perez de Isla from Spain, passed away on 29 October 2025.

He was the oldest Scout and oldest man in Spain. Luis began his Scouting career as a child with the Spanish Scouts. He was a honorary member of NSGF Spain, la Asociación de Scouts y Guías Adultos de Madrid (ASGAM) and father of our Scout Brother Juan Carlos.
