The Portuguese Catholic Adult Scout Association, Fraternidade de Nuno Álvares, celebrated its 70th anniversary with a National Activity, which took place on May 31st, in Batalha, in the center of the country.

Under the motto “All for Friendship”, more than 400 adult scouts and their families spent the day together, visiting an emblematic place in the History of Portugal, where the Battle of Aljubarrota took place, a shared lunch in the middle of nature, and a Solemn Session, which was attended by its partners in the Portuguese Federation of Adult Scouts and Guides, and the chairman of the World Committee of the ISGF, Ana Rodrigues.

The Program ended with a Mass, in the grand Batalha Monastery, which included the Scout Promise Renewal Ceremony of the members of the most recent FNA Nucleus, precisely that of Batalha.
