26th Western Europe Gathering

Where: The 26th West European sub-regional gathering will take place in Domein "De Westhoek" in Oostduinkerke, Belgium.

Oostduinkerke is a seaside resort in the dunes in the province of West Flanders and can be reached by car.

From airport Brussels or Charleroi there are trains to Panne, a place close to Oostduinkerke from where transport will be provided by the organizers.

When: 7 – 11 September 2015

Theme: "Living Together"

Participation fee: The fee of 480 Euros includes Standard accommodation of double bed occupancy or 525 Euros for single occupancy, full board and excursion.

If you wish to be accommodated in a Comfort, Luxury or Prestige room you may indicate this when you register. The costs of these rooms are slightly higher and can be found on the registration form.

A payment plan is stated on the registration form but the total amount should be transferred by 01 July 2015 to:
