1st Western Africa Gathering

Where: Centre Saint Jean Eude, Cotonou, Benin

Accommodation: From 17 US$ with fan till 30 US$ with airco. Single or double rooms. In two different hotels Liberty Hotel or Centre Saint Jean Eude. For details see registration form.

Registration fee: per person US$150 or 75.000 West African CFA franc. It includes all plenary sessions, tea breaks, a bag of the Gathering, notebook and pen and WiFi. Lunch and dinner in the Liberty Hotel is not included while breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Centre Saint Jean Eude is included in the registration fee.

Excursion: Will be proposed US$30 or 15.000 West African CFA franc, lunch included

Deadline: 31 August 2018 extended to 15 October 2018

Cancellation policy: If cancelled before 15 October 2018 total refund and if cancelled after 30 October no refund
