A helping hand for the youth in Haiti
Linda Bates (right), ex World Committee member from Canada, is ready to bring another shipment to Haiti together with members of our Central Branch group CASEGHA from the USA.
On January 20 the team will travel to Haiti to visit the youth who were affected by the earthquake. One thousand (1000) children will be clothed. Dresses have been sewed for the girls and shorts and T-shirts for the boys. Everything is packed in water bottles together with dental and medical supplies. For the classrooms two hundred chairs will be made available as well as other school supplies.
The project was made possible by ISGF and the helping hands of the Canadian and Norwegian National Scout and Guide Fellowships.
ISGF is extremely grateful to its generous supporters who are making this project possible.
