Better knowledge refreshed participants at the 4th Workshop Europe Region

The venue (chateau) dates back from the 17-18th centuries and has been the National Training Centre of Scouts and Guides of France since 1952 and is surrounded by a 50 ha park.
The Board of FAAS, the French Fellowship, host this workshop on behalf of the Europe Committee from 4 to 8 June 2012 in Paris, France. The topic of this workshop is to discuss and share an important topic: “How to improve the relationship between our National Fellowships and the co-operation with the other European Sub-Regions”.
The 7th European Conference is being held in Agia Napa, Cyprus from 3 – 7 November 2010. A total of 350 participants from 23 countries of the European Region are present as well as visitors from other countries outside the region.
A new committee was introduced at the European Conference 2010 in Cyprus for period 2010 -2013.
The workshop for National Presidents, International Secretaries and their delegates was held from 14 – 18 April 2010 in Lübbenau, a town about 82 km southeast of Berlin, Germany.
The main theme for the workshop was “The Skills for the Future”. The workshop gave us a great opportunity to meet and interact with intelligent people on a topic that everyone was interested in (including members of ISGF World Committee). Some countries had brought photos, booklets and folders to introduce their National Scout and Guide Fellowship. The workshop including such material was effective to give new perspectives and ideas and approaches to work on, back home.
