The Committee of the Europe Region will organize the 7th workshop in the town of Smolenice, Slovakia from 3 - 8 March 2017.
The theme will be:

Step by Step to the Future
New Ways to Promote Membership: “How to communicate with younger Guides and Scouts”
Participation is open for at least one member of each European member organisation. The participants should preferably be involved in development, public relations and/or education. In case of need the Europe Region Committee will decide about financial support to members who are not able to pay the full fee.
Total costs will be €320 which includes accommodation, full board and program based on occupancy of a double room and €370 for a single room. Travel cost and other expenses are on your own account.
Registration is valid after full payment has arrived on the 10th February 2017. The programme will be sent after registration and payment.
Deadline for registration: 16 January but postponed to 10 February 2017

At least 32 participants from 14 countries took part and had a very busy time at Smolenice in Slovakia. The Europe Committee had given a lot of grants, so all, they would have wanted to participate, could do. My feeling: it is not a question of money, it is more a question of interest. Sorry.
