On Wednesday 2nd April a collection of Toys collected by Guides and Brownies, Cubs and Beavers in Shrewsbury were started on the journey to Zaatari Refugee Camp in Jordan.
These toys had been packed by UK Guild members and Rotarians from the Shrewsbury Darwin Rotary Club.
A car load of toys were collected through the local Trefoil Guild in Horsley, Northumberland UK during a coffee morning, where they held a tombola together with books and jewelry sale.
The Granada Fellowship of Andalucía, Spain, "Asociación Granadina Amigos del Escultismo", collected toys from their communities and other sources. As they also wanted to involve everyone also the local Scout groups in this province were involved.
The National Scout and Guide Fellowship UK successfully completed the collection of the toys Phase 2 of the Fellowship Toy Project.
On the 4th February 2014 the Portuguese Fellowship officially delivered the toys they collected for the ISGF project “Fellowship Toy”.
The Fellowship Toy collection by the National Scout and Guide Fellowship UK has had a great start on the 60th ISGF annversary with members using Skype to each other, around the world. Local Scouts from Burghfield, a village in West Berkshire, brought toys and they also enjoyed a chocolate fountain with the Chairman.
Members of the Bangladesh Fellowship collected a lot of toys for the ISGF project “Fellowship Toy”. The project is still going on in order to get a smile on more refugee children.

ISGF announces a project called ‘Fellowship Toy’ to restore some small happiness to children whose childhood has been robbed from them.
By collecting toys we will put a smile on the faces of children who stay in refugee camps.
One year after the renewal of the signature of the agreement between the UNHCR and ISGF, a meeting for evaluation of the development of the project took place in Paris.
On 14th December 2012, an article concerning the collection of toys for refugee children by the French Fellowship (FAAS) was issued on the ISGF website. The NGO “Aviation without Border” (ASF) had scheduled for mid-February the departure of the toys for Turkey. FAAS had thus decided to put an end on 6th February 2013 to the campaign of collecting toys
