Due to constraints on travel world-wide resulting from the COVID 19 pandemic, which commenced in 2020, the 29th World Conference could not take place in Madrid, Spain. Instead it was held virtually on 26/27 February 2022 with the platform party and a small team based in Brussels. NSGF Spain had accepted the proposition from World Committee to be the host for the 30th ISGF World Conference.
Granada is a city in the south of Spain which has been a melting of cultures and has managed to bring together people from all over the world. It is a friendly city where art, culture, gastronomy, crafts come together and where the sunsets in the Alhambra have a
special charm.
