World Cleanup Day in 2019 will be on 21 September and will unite more than 150 countries across the world for a cleaner planet. Last year, the day united 18 million people across 157 countries and territories for the biggest waste collection day in human history.
This year we hope that this event will be much bigger in September. Volunteers worldwide will again come together to rid our planet of trash – cleaning up litter and mismanaged waste from our beaches, rivers, forests, and streets.
We all strive towards a waste-free world, by providing the infrastructure to support local communities and groups throughout the world in running their clean-up events.
