St George’s day, 23rd April is celebrated all over the world by the Scouts and also by the Fellowships. As a Guide I never used to celebrate St George unless invited by the scouts of my parish.

In Lisboa, my home town, on the top of one of the seven hills there is St George’s Castle. Every time I look at it, very proud from the heights with the flags on each tower, I always remember St George and his acts of chivalry.

I wish all the ISGF members a very happy day full of happiness and may your activities join together the Guilds.
