Heat survived during World Scout Jamboree 2015

2015 wsj teamDuring the 23rd World Scout Jamboree in Japan, that took place from 28 July – 8 August 2015, a team of (4) four ISGF members appointed by World Committee/World Bureau manned the ISGF booth.

The biggest challenge for the ISGF team has been acclimatizing to the heat and humidity – it has been 35 to 40 degrees Celsius (95 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit) every day! It was very tough in the heat and to meet visitors from all over the world.
The exhibition in the booth was focused on the activities of ISGF worldwide and showed the visitors what we are doing. There was a quiz and visitors had to find the answers on the display. As a reward a special ISGF Jamboree badge was provided, now available via ISGF Shop.
More than two thousand visitors have been in the booth and they found their way doing the quiz and/or asking specific questions about our organization.
