Guidelines for the Central Branch
The Central Branch (CB) was started in 1957 to enable adults in countries without a National Scout and Guide Fellowship (NSGF) to join the International Scout and Guide Fellowship (ISGF). The CB has a great significance for the ISGF, both because it is for many people a way of affirming the motto “Once a Scout/Guide, always a Scout/Guide” and as a tool for development.
Like all other members of the ISGF, CB members are entitled to attend any ISGF activity, gathering or conference.
